Welcome to the website of our otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) clinic. As of 1 August 2026, we seamlessly continue the long-standing medical practice of MUDr. Ladislav Špačinský at the Municipal Polyclinic in Pezinok.
Our primary goal is to provide expert, modern and comprehensive diagnostics and treatment of diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses, pharynx and larynx for paediatric patients from 3 years of age and adult patients. We examine patients in newly renovated and fully air-conditioned premises.

We are a contracted partner of all health insurance companies (VšZP, Dôvera, Union).
Referral: A referral from your general practitioner or paediatrician is required for an examination at our clinic.
Exception: A referral is not required outside acute conditions (conditions threatening health, injuries, sudden bleeding, etc.).

For patients with reduced mobility or mothers with prams, access to the clinic is fully secured. You can use the lift, which is located in Block A. You can then comfortably reach us in Block B via the connecting ramp on the stairs.

We also accept walk-in patients: You can come for an examination without a prior appointment – we also take patients directly from the hallway with a valid referral (the order of patients is determined by the doctor according to the severity of the condition).
